Standing Antinous

I took Mama (we say mama as in Morticia's mama, now as she looks just like the old hag people do a double take, once a young man at walmart could not stop giggling over it, can't wait till I get a decent moustache)  to the cardiologist today, It's always a day shot, but has to be done. It's the last time. The NP told me I didn't have to call or bring her in again. She reset the pacemaker to last a little longer and explained what will happen with it at the end of life. The hospice nurse didn't seem to know anything and suggested it be turned off now. The cardio np said it will stop when there is not enough oxygen in the tissues to support it's function and explained signs of distress, etc. The batteries will last a few years more, Alzheimer or heart attack will come first. 
We came home and I did nothing but feed her. She was ravenous y for some reason. Some days are like this.She hides and throws food away usually. It's been great to have a few weeks off to not worry and rush about everything. My eyes are a little better but the ocular rosacea is taking a toll. I am supposed to avoid stress, exercise, heat and cold. What a life that would be, right? A stroll on the beach and sit and watch the world go by without a care in the world, minus the glass of red of course.
So here is my beautiful end of the day instead.

I would love to post the Antinous photo of Antinoo5  standing next to one of the statues. 

It's very big. Antinoo5 is over 6 feet and the statue a good foot taller. I felt he knows him and is looking kindly down on one devoted follower.
